From the outside, you may look capable and composed. Inside, it can feel like a lot.
You’re good at functioning. That doesn’t mean you feel okay. Maybe your mind rarely switches off. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, worry about disappointing people, or feel like you should be handling things better than you are.
You may understand your anxiety perfectly well on paper. You know how to breathe, challenge the thought, go for a walk, set the boundary.
And yet, something keeps pulling you back into the same place.
Sometimes knowing what to do isn’t the same as understanding why it’s so hard to do it.
We look at the pattern, not just the symptom
Therapy gives you somewhere to slow things down enough to notice what’s happening underneath the anxiety.
Together, we might become curious about why certain situations affect you so strongly, where your expectations of yourself came from, or why the same fears keep appearing in different parts of your life.
The goal isn’t to never feel anxious again.
It’s to understand yourself well enough that anxiety no longer gets to make every decision for you.
